General Login/Account Issues
Why is a valid e-mail address required to register?
A valid e-mail address is required for registration so that NCCN can verify your account information and each user can customize their experience on NCCN.org. Users who choose "Remember Me" can have the opportunity to bypass the login process each time they come to NCCN.org.
What if I forget my password?
You can request a new password from the login or profile page. Follow the Forgot your Password? link and enter your e-mail address to reset your password. An e-mail will be sent to your mailbox with instructions on how to reset your password.
What will you do with my address information?
From time to time, NCCN will contact their users for updates and important information. Users will be able to modify their preferences through their profile page.
If I've registered with NCCN previously, do I have to register again?
No, the system is set up to recognize returning users; however, you will need to answer some additional questions and confirm that your contact information is complete and up to date.
When I attempt to log on NCCN.org, I receive the following error: "We do not have a match for that e-mail address/password combination in our system."
This error occurs when the incorrect password is entered. Please ensure that you have the correct username entered and attempt to retype the password. If you are still having issues, we recommend that you try using the Forgot your Password? option to reset it.
After logging in, I am logged out when I visit the guidelines page.
If you logged on NCCN.org and were prompted with your profile update page (name, address, email, title, etc); simply verify that the information is correct and click Update Profile. Otherwise, this issue may be a cookies issue specific to the web browser. Please attempt to remove the cookies in the browser and login in again. If you are still having an issue, please contact us at email@example.com.

How do I know when to reorder my subscription?
On each user’s profile page, an account summary will appear identifying the days remaining in your subscription service. Account holders will also receive subscription reminder e-mails within 30 days of the subscription expiration date with instructions on how to renew the subscription for another year.
All subscription-related inquiries can be processed through firstname.lastname@example.org or 215.690.0290.
Can I save a subscription in case I want to return to the website later?
Yes. NCCN uses a shopping basket-style system to help you keep track of your order(s). You can come back to the website later to review your subscriptions and transactions.
Will I be able to access the Compendium and Templates from my home computer?
Yes, you will be able to access the NCCN Compendium and the NCCN Templates from any computer with a working internet connection using your login information (e-mail address and password).
What is the difference between the NCCN Templates® and the NCCN Templates® with a Site License?
NCCN Templates is a subscription purchased on an annual basis that includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive care agents, monitoring parameters, and safety instructions to improve the safe use of drugs and biologics in cancer care. In addition to the subscription, NCCN offers a site license for permission to use and/or integrate NCCN Templates content in on-site Health Information Technology. A subscription to the NCCN Templates is required to purchase a site license. A site license may be purchased at any time.
When I enter my credit card information, how do I know that your site is secure?
The website uses a SSL digital certificate for encryption of secured pages. This can be verified by the icon that looks like a lock on the browser that you are using and the URL will have ‘https’ at the beginning instead of just 'http'.
