Assistant Director, NCCN Foundation
NCCN seeks an Assistant Director, NCCN Foundation to assist the Executive Director with continuing to strengthen and grow the NCCN Foundation. This position participates in the program, financial, and administrative management of the Foundation. The Assistant Director contributes to the planning, execution, and evaluation of an effective development program that responds to the needs defined by NCCN senior leadership and the Foundation Board of Directors. This position will require occasional overnight travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Executive Director and other NCCN staff to assure that the Foundation has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission and is integrated with and supports the long-range goals of NCCN
- Under direction of the Executive Director, provide day-to-day management of the operations of the Foundation, including project management, operational and budget support, gift recording, and donor acknowledgment
- Develop, with the Executive Director and others, detailed gift opportunities suited to the interests of potential and foundation donors
- Participate in the research, identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of foundation donors and donor prospects

Graphic Design Specialist
NCCN seeks a Graphic Design Specialist to be responsible for maintaining and enhancing NCCN's brand among physicians, nurses, pharmacists, other health care professionals, and patients. Major responsibilities include the design and creation of materials, resources, and artwork for NCCN, NCCN programs, and websites. This position may require occasional overnight travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as design lead for NCCN including recommending design and creative development of all graphic elements.
- Prepare layout and design of NCCN materials such as print and digital ads, mailers, flyers, booklets, annual report, and various pieces needed for web and other digital use.
- Manage the creation and placement of graphic elements on NCCN websites. Make recommendations for improving functionality and site design.
- Manage the consistent use of the NCCN brand according to the NCCN Graphic Identity Guidelines and NCCN Written Identity Guidelines.

- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors such as printers, freelancers, and agency personnel to assure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Supply final art and files and coordinate proofing process with outside printers and vendors.
- Continuously update and maintain back up of all design files, art, and images by managing NCCN FTP site.
- Support and provide training to NCCN staff for InDesign and other relevant software applications.

Guidelines Coordinator
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the algorithm component of the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology. This work is completed in collaboration with faculty members at NCCN member institutions and NCCN Clinical Information Staff. Other responsibilities are projects related to the NCCN Guidelines®, including but not limited to publication of the algorithms in a variety of formats, review of NCCN content for licensing and permission requests, and review of continuing education materials. This position requires minimal overnight travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manager, Continuing Education & Grants
NCCN seeks a Manager, Continuing Education & Grants. This position has two main areas of responsibility: management of continuing education compliance operations for ACCME, ANCC, and ACPE accreditation as well as management of grant processes including proposal development, program planning and outcomes. Some overnight travel is required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and submit ACCME, ANCC, and ACPE annual reports, interim reports, and reaccreditation self-studies
- Ensure compliance with ACCME, ANCC, and ACPE accreditation criteria via content review, accreditation language review, attendance and credit tracking, and on-site monitoring of select in-person events
- Collect, measure, track, and analyze outcomes data
- Manage needs assessment and gap analysis process

Manager, CE Supporter Outreach
NCCN seeks a Manager, CE Supporter Outreach who will report to the Director, Continuing Education and Grants and will be primarily responsible to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with new and current supporters of NCCN's activities in order to obtain grant support. This position is also responsible to assist the Director on an as-needed basis in all aspects of NCCN educational program development, planning, funding, and reporting with emphasis on CE Outcomes. Some overnight travel is required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and expand relationships with current supporters of NCCN educational activities, generating new and creative ideas to engage supporters
- Develop relationships with new supporters both in existing and new audiences, generating new and innovative ideas to attract first-time supporters
- Communicate NCCN capabilities to supporters and maintain understanding of industry trends and needs via in-person meetings held on a regular basis
- Understand prioritization of programs based upon a variety of factors (including but not limited to perceived value to provider community and patients as well as funding opportunities) and use knowledge of that prioritization in working with supporters and prospective supporters
- Oversee quarterly reporting to supporters

- Perform on-site monitoring of select live and enduring programs to assist with ensuring compliance with ACCME, ANCC and ACPE accreditation criteria and provide feedback and evaluation to NCCN leadership and industry supporters
- Create, collect, measure, track and analyze outcomes data, practice gaps, and areas for improvement within the overall NCCN CE Program

Market Insights Specialist
NCCN seeks a Market Insights Specialist to work with the Senior Director, Business Insights and is responsible for the advancement of NCCN's strategic direction related to the development and execution of initiatives relevant to various oncology stakeholders. This position requires occasional overnight travel including but not limited to attending the NCCN Annual Conference and NCCN Academy programs.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Insights
- Market Intelligence: track and report on the oncology space in a central database, including but not limited to, publicly available pipeline information and regulatory actions; advise NCCN regarding impact to NCCN programs and products and opportunities for enhancements and/or new initiatives
- Proactively track and report weekly on PDUFA dates to support timely integration into NCCN Content as appropriate

Marketing Specialist
NCCN seeks a Marketing Specialist who is responsible for NCCN’s communications and promotional efforts including external communications, marketing campaigns, and interaction with staff at NCCN Member Institutions. This position requires occasional overnight travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop marketing plans and schedule campaigns for NCCN continuing educational programs including live programs, webinars, and other NCCN resources

Oncology Scientist, Drugs & Biologics Programs
NCCN seeks an Oncology Scientist, Drugs & Biologics Programs who is responsible for the primary development and maintenance of the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium) and supporting the development of the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates). This staff member works collaboratively with the Director, Drugs and Biologics Programs, Information Technology (IT) staff, Guidelines Coordinators, Oncology Scientists, physician panel members, etc. to ensure prompt and accurate incorporation of new drug indications from the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) into the NCCN Compendium and related informatics tools. Staff member also works with NCCN clinical pharmacists and others to develop and maintain the NCCN Templates. Minimal travel is required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend or review guidelines update meetings and telephone conferences to identify substantive changes in the recommended uses of drugs and biologics in the treatment of cancer.
- Review draft algorithms to identify new or changed uses of drugs and biologics in the guidelines.
- Review and update drugs and biologics database using data dictionary to ensure accurate retrieval of data in electronic systems.
- Draft new compendium entries or update existing compendium entries to reflect changes in guidelines.
- Review FDA indications and update compendium to reflect any changes in agent labels.
- Collaborate with IT staff for the development, testing, and implementation of database improvements to the NCCN Templates and NCCN Compendium.
- Develop and maintain a record of agents that are no longer recommended in the Guidelines for each disease site.
- Collaborate with NCCN licensees to ensure accurate representation of NCCN information in 3rd party electronic information systems.
- Collaborate with NCCN clinical pharmacist representatives to develop and update the NCCN Templates.

EDUCATION/RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- RPh or PharmD with ability to evaluate clinical research required. Board certification in oncology pharmacy strongly preferred.
