NCCN Guidelines for Patients®: Breast Cancer Now Available in Portuguese
The National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®) is pleased to announce the recent translation of the NCCN Guidelines for Patients®: Breast Cancer in Portuguese. NCCN hopes this translation is the first of many NCCN Guidelines for Patients® translations in an ever-evolving library.
The NCCN Guidelines for Patients® are based on the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) for cancer care professionals. This translation furthers NCCN's mission of improving cancer care by helping those with cancer and their friends and family understand cancer diagnoses and treatment, as well as improving communications between patients and clinicians. The full library of NCCN Guidelines for Patients® is available at NCCN.com.
Translations of several NCCN Guidelines® for clinicians are available in Chinese, Japanese, South Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Additionally, adaptations of NCCN Guidelines are available for use in Asia, China, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa region, and the Republic of South Korea.
