JNCCN Indexed in EMBASE, EMCare and Scopus

JENKINTOWN, Pa., August 11, 2006 � The NCCN is proud to announce that the JNCCN (Journal of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network) is now indexed in Elsevier�s Bibliographic Databases, a leading global indexing service that includes EMBASE, EMCare and Scopus.

With inclusion in these additional bibliographic databases, JNCCN articles are more readily available to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and students from around the world The EMBASE journal collection is international with over 5,000 biomedical journals from 70 countries. EMCare is drawn from more than 2,700 international source titles and includes close to two million records from nursing, allied health and biomedical literature. Scopus covers over 15,000 peer-reviewed titles from more than 4,000 international publishers, including coverage of 500 open-access journals, 700 conference proceedings, 600 trade publications, 125 book series, 28 million abstract records, and 245 million references. Scopus also covers 200 million quality web sources.

JNCCN, a monthly, peer-reviewed oncology publication, is already indexed in PubMed/Medline, the National Library of Medicine�s indexing service.
