Highlights of the NCCN 2nd Annual Congress: Hematologic Malignancies™ include:
Updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, and Myelodysplastic Syndromes. This program will also focus on the new approaches that have been incorporated into patient management, including the use of drugs, biologics, and diagnostics.

Registered Participants:
The 1st Annual Hematologic Malignancies Congress in it’s premier year, attracted more than 350 oncology medical professionals. NCCN anticipates attendance of the 2nd Annual Hematologic Congress to surpass 700 oncology medical professionals.

As part of the exhibit fee, each Exhibitor receives:

• Carpeted exhibit area space
• One (1) 8-foot draped table
• One (1) one-line identification sign with company name
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) wastebasket
• Two (2) complimentary registrations

Standard Booth Space:
Only tabletop exhibits are permitted.

Exhibit Pavilion Information:
The NCCN 2nd Annual Congress: Hematologic Malignancies™ will be held at The Marriott Marquis-Times Square in the 6th Floor Broadway Ballroom. Exhibitors will receive an all-day exhibit space during the conference and are invited to attend the Program Reception held on Friday evening in the 9th Floor Upper Terrace and Promenade.

Exhibits will be located in the 6th Floor Shubert and Majestic Complexes which surround the Broadway Ballroom.

Exhibitor Schedule:
6:00 – 7:30 AM           Exhibit Set-Up and Registration – 6th Floor Shubert and Majestic Complexes
7:30 AM – 3:00 PM      Exhibit – 6th Floor Shubert and Majestic Complexes
3:00  – 4:00 PM           Exhibit Dismantle
4:00  – 6:00 PM          Program Reception – 9th Floor Upper Terrace and Promenade

Payment Schedule:
Full payment must accompany the Exhibit Space Application & Contract at the end of this document. Payment may be made by check or money order, (made payable to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network) or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express only).

Exhibitor Housing:
All exhibitors must make their housing reservations directly with the Marriott Marquis-Times Square. Contact information will be provided.

Cancellation:
Notification of exhibit space cancellation must be received in writing on or before Friday, August 3, 2007 to receive a refund of the exhibit fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, August 3, 2007.

Cancellation Penalties:

• Through June 30, 2007: Full refund less $100
• July 1, 2007 – August 3, 2007: 50% refund
• After August 3, 2007: no refund
