Program Overview
The NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ consist of a comprehensive set of guidelines detailing the sequential management decisions and interventions for the malignancies that affect 97% of all patients with cancer. Developed by faculty at NCCN Member Institutions using a consensus-based process with explicit review of pertinent data, the guidelines panels develop over 100 separate pathways. The NCCN Breast Cancer Guidelines Panel has developed and continually updates algorithms for management of non-invasive and invasive breast cancer. This activity is an in-depth analysis of the evidence and clinical decision making that led to the development of these guidelines and will focus on prognostic markers.
