Program Overview

NCCN, drawing on the expertise of faculty from its 21 Member Institutions, has developed and maintains clinical practice guidelines addressing colon cancer as part of its complete library of NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™.  This program will present the algorithm and focus on the integration of newer agents into the overall strategy for managing advanced disease.

Educational Objectives

Following this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Explain clinical algorithms for the treatment of colon cancer
  • Identify new management strategies for metastatic colon carcinomas

Intended Audience

This educational activity is designed to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals who manage patients with cancer.

Activity Instructions

Continuing education credit will be awarded to participants who listen to the presentation and complete the evaluation.  Participants should review the learning objectives and faculty disclosure statements prior to listening to a presentation in its entirety.  You must be connected to the Internet in order to review and complete the evaluation form.  A statement of credit will be electronically generated once you complete the evaluation form.  To receive credit, this activity must be completed no later than December 28, 2008.  There is no fee for participating in this activity.
