Program Overview

This presentation will focus on the rationale behind the latest changes to the NCCN Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Guidelines.  Guidelines for screening, adjuvant therapy for stage I and II disease, management of stage III disease, and chemotherapy and targeted therapy for stage IV and recurrent disease will be discussed.

Educational Objectives

Following this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss updates to the NCCN guidelines for non-small cell lung cancer
  • Explain how these updates will impact management of non-small cell lung cancer care

Intended Audience

This educational activity is designed to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals who manage patients with cancer.

Activity Instructions

Continuing education credit will be awarded to participants who listen to the presentation and complete the evaluation.  Participants should review the learning objectives and faculty disclosure statements prior to listening to a presentation in its entirety.  You must be connected to the Internet in order to review and complete the evaluation form.  A statement of credit will be electronically generated once you complete the evaluation form.  To receive credit, this activity must be completed no later than May 16, 2008.  There is no fee for participating in this activity.
