Educational Objectives
- Discuss updates to NCCN guidelines for breast, colon, kidney, non-small cell lung, ovarian, and rectal cancers, chronic myelogenous leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, thyroid carcinoma, breast cancer risk reduction, multiple myeloma, and prevention and treatment of infections in patients with cancer
- Identify new therapies for the treatment of patients with tumor lysis syndrome and metastatic breast cancer
- Recognize novel imaging endpoints
- Report advances in the treatment of hematologic malignancies
- Explain how advances in targeted therapies will improve outcomes for solid tumors
- Demonstrate the usefulness of new imaging techniques in managing solid tumors and lymphomas
