Registration Fee

Registration fees are:

Your registration fee includes all conference materials, breakfast and lunch on conference days, and a welcome reception the evening of March 14, where you can discuss issues with NCCN Guidelines Panel Members and other prominent faculty.

If you register and then cannot attend, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place. A $25 administration fee will be charged for each substitution. A $50 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received through January 31, 2007. After January 31, 2007, the registration fee is not refundable.
