The standard booth space for exhibitors is 10’ x 10’. Only tabletop exhibits are permitted.

Advertise in the NCCN 12th Annual Conference Exhibitor Guide
Advertising in the Exhibitor Guide will deliver uncommon exposure to influential oncology health care providers from across the U.S. and the globe, as well as pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies; health care publishers; patient advocacy organizations; and managed care companies.
The Exhibitor Guide will be inserted in the conference bag and distributed to all conference attendees. Additional copies will also be available throughout the exhibit space and convention center. Below are rates for a full page, 8”x10”, four-color advertisement.
$2,000 – general run of book ads for sponsors or exhibitors
$4,000 – general run of book ads for non-exhibitors
$5,000 – inside front cover and inside back cover
(available only to sponsors or exhibitors)
$10,000 – back cover
(available only to sponsors or exhibitors)

Payment Schedule
Full payment must accompany the Exhibit Space Application & Contract at the end of this packet. Payment may be made by check or money order, (made payable to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network) or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express only).
Booth Assignment
Exhibit assignments commence immediately with space assigned on a first-payment received basis. Applications will be accepted until Thursday, January 25, 2007, or until all booth spaces are filled. Upon assignment, you will receive a confirmation letter informing you of your assigned booth number.

Food and refreshments for breakfasts, lunches and breaks will be served in the exhibit hall to encourage attendee traffic.
NCCN will be hosting an exhibitor reception for all conference attendees in the exhibit hall at the close of Thursday’s General Session. This opportunity will offer attendees and exhibitors the chance to meet and socialize in the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Housing Office
All exhibitors are required to book and pre-pay for their sleeping rooms in full. Reservations must be pre-paid and will be 100% non-refundable (including no-shows and shortening of stays). A $25 administration fee will be charged for all name substitutions. All exhibitors must make their housing reservations through the NCCN Exhibitor Housing Office no later than January 31, 2007 to ensure adequate housing. Reservations made after January 31, 2007 will not be guaranteed at The Westin Diplomat.
A block of discounted rooms has been reserved at The Westin Diplomat at $290 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. This rate is guaranteed until January 31, 2007.

Cancellation
Notification of booth space cancellation must be received in writing on or before Friday, February 9, 2007 to receive a refund of the exhibiting fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, February 9, 2007.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
- Through December 31, 2006: Full refund less $100
- January 1, 2007 – January 31, 2007: 50% refund
- After February 9, 2007: no refund

Cyber Café - $25,000*
The Cyber Café allows attendees to remain in contact with their offices, patients, and families. The Cyber Café will provide multiple desktop computers with free access to the Internet. Your company’s logo is featured on screen savers, mouse pads, and customized monitor frames.
Shipping Station - $25,000*
The shipping station will provide attendees the opportunity to ship their conference binder home directly from the conference. The shipping station is equipped with labels and boxes complete with your company logo.
Custom Hotel Keycards - $10,000*
Hotel guests reach for their guestroom keycards at least five times a day. Reach your target audience by advertising your company and your company’s message.
