Accommodations

NCCN is no longer accepting online requests for housing. Registered conference attendees may still submit the Housing Registration Form and will be placed on a wait-list should availability in our room blocks become available. Should rooms still be available, you will be contacted and charged one night’s lodging to secure your room. All nights requested by industry will be charged in advance. Housing charges are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures. A $50 administration fee will be charged for any name substitution. Any requests for changes to a room reservation must go through NCCN and not the hotel.

A block of discounted rooms has been reserved at The Westin Diplomat at $279.00 plus taxes per night, single or double occupancy. This rate includes the resort fee. This rate is only guaranteed through January 28, 2008. The Westin Diplomat is 100% non-smoking in all guest rooms and public areas. Attendees submitting forms after January 28 will be contacted by NCCN regarding hotel room rate and availability.

A limited number of rooms is also available at the Courtyard by Marriott in Aventura, FL for $175.00 per night plus tax. This rate is only guaranteed through January 28, 2008. Scheduled shuttle service will be available for conference attendees between this hotel and The Westin Diplomat. The Courtyard by Marriott is 100% non-smoking in all guest rooms and public areas. Attendees submitting forms after January 28 will be contacted by NCCN regarding hotel room rate and availability.

Only registered conference attendees will be eligible for a room in an NCCN room block. To request a room through the NCCN Housing Office, please complete the Housing Registration Form and submit with, or subsequent to, your conference registration. You will need a valid credit card when completing this information. You will be contacted regarding the status of your request and availability of rooms.
