Program Overview
This unique educational event is designed to provide pharmacists with information on a variety of topics integral to best practices in oncology pharmacy management. The program begins with a special networking lunch that gives participants an opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with other colleagues in their profession. Following lunch is a series of panel discussions focused on current issues faced by pharmacists in the areas of pharmacy management, decision-making, and practice. Each panel consists of faculty who are recognized leaders in oncology care from top cancer centers across the U.S.
Intended Audience
This educational activity is designed to meet the educational needs of pharmacists who manage patients with cancer.
Accreditation
The Institute for Continuing Healthcare Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
This program is acceptable for 3.0 hours (0.30 CEUs) of continuing education credit in states that recognize ACPE-accredited providers.

In order to receive a statement of credit, participants will need to attend the educational activity and complete the evaluation form. Partial credit will be awarded. Statements of credit will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks of the meeting. Pharmacists should note that they must attend a minimum of one hour to be eligible for credit. There is no fee to participate in this educational activity.
Faculty Disclosure
All faculty participating in NCCN continuing education activities are expected to disclose any conflict(s) of interest related to the content of their presentation(s) as defined by the ACCME’s and ANCC’s Standards for Commercial Support. Full disclosure of faculty relationships will be made prior to the activity.
Accommodations
Program attendees may submit the Housing Registration Form, or book online, to obtain a room within an NCCN-negotiated room block at the best rate. NCCN must receive reservation requests no later than Monday, January 28, 2008 to guarantee space in an NCCN room block. One night’s lodging will be charged at the time of booking. Housing charges are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures. A $50 administration fee will be charged for any name substitution. Any requests for changes to a room reservation must go through NCCN and not the hotel. Attendees submitting forms or booking online after January 28 will be contacted by NCCN regarding hotel room availability.
