Accommodations

All accommodations are based on availability regardless of deadline. Early booking is suggested. Deadline for booking accommodations is January 25, 2010. Registered conference attendees may submit the Housing Registration Form to obtain a room within an NCCN-negotiated room block. One night’s lodging will be charged at the time of booking for all registrants other than industry. All nights requested by industry will be charged in advance. Housing charges are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures. A $50 administration fee will be charged for any name substitution. Any requests for changes to a room reservation must go through Diane McPherson and not the hotel. Attendees submitting forms after January 25 will be contacted by NCCN regarding hotel room availability.

A block of discounted rooms has been reserved at The Westin Diplomat at $312 plus taxes per night, single or double occupancy.

A limited number of rooms are also available at the Marriott Hollywood Beach at $199 per night plus tax. Scheduled shuttle service will be available for conference attendees between this property and The Westin Diplomat Conference Center.
