Your registration includes all program materials, breakfast and lunch on program days, as well as a welcome reception the evening of Wednesday, March 10 and an attendee reception on the afternoon of Thursday, March 11 where you can discuss issues with NCCN Guidelines Panel Members and other prominent faculty, plus meet with exhibitors.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you register for the conference and then cannot attend, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place. A $50 administration fee will be charged for each substitution. A $50 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received through January 25, 2010. After January 25, the registration fee is not refundable.

Press Registration
NCCN welcomes members of the media to NCCN educational events and conferences. Qualified members of the press will be admitted to the event with a complimentary press pass. Please keep in mind that press registration is non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell or reuse your membership.
Press registration is limited to those acting in an editorial capacity for relevant print, online and broadcast media. To apply for press registration, send an e-mail to Megan Martin with your credentials.

Please note: Any videotaping, filming, or recording of any manner which will be used for commercial purposes (non-news) must first obtain written permission from NCCN. The filming of sessions in their entirety is strictly prohibited. Additionally, camera crews, while free to roam the event, cannot set up equipment in a fixed manner (i.e. lights, chairs, etc.) without prior approval.
