Physicians
The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

NCCN designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.5 AMA PRA Category 1

TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses
This activity is approved for 9.5 contact hours. National Comprehensive Cancer Network is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by PA State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Approval as a provider refers to recognition of educational activities only and does not imply ANCC Commission on Accreditation or PA Nurses approval or endorsement of any product.

Pharmacists
The Institute for Continuing Healthcare Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

This program is acceptable for 9.5 hours (0.950 CEUs) of continuing education credit in states that recognize ACPE-accredited providers.

The faculty for this continuing education activity is competent in the subject matter and qualified by experience, training, and/or preparation to the tasks and methods of delivery.

In order to receive a statement of credit, conference participants will need to attend the symposium and complete the activity evaluation form. Partial credit will be awarded. Statements of credit will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks of the meeting. Pharmacists should note that a minimum of one hour of attendance is required for credit eligibility. Please refer to the registration section for information regarding fees and refund policy.
