NCCN Patient Guides for Cancer Mobile App
An estimated 1.6 million new cancer cases were diagnosed in 2016 in the United
States, and in today's health care system, it is imperative that patients have access to
evidence-based cancer treatment information that they can trust.
Since 2010, NCCN Foundation has provided patients with free easy-to-understand
adaptations of NCCN Guidelines, empowering them make informed decisions with
access to the same world-class treatment recommendations their doctors use.

the NCCN Guidelines for Patients were
accessed more than 6.5 million times in 2016. But, in this digital age, NCCN
Foundation took it one step further with the launch of the NCCN Patient Guides for
Cancer mobile app, free on both Android and iOS devices.
NCCN Patient Guides for Cancer provides access to the library of NCCN Guidelines
for Patients and NCCN Quick Guide
sheets—one page summaries of key points
within the NCCN Guidelines for Patients. For off-line access at any time, users can
download these resources and simply swipe through. Moreover, users are notified of
new and updated materials on the app to ensure they have access to the most up-to-
date treatment information in this time of rapid innovation.
