NCCN Flash Update: NCCN Guidelines® & NCCN Compendium® for Hepatobiliary Cancer, NCCN Guidelines with NCCN Evidence Blocks™ Updated

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) and the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®) for Hepatobiliary Cancers. These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 4.2017.

  • Treatment options for patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are not candidates for transplant; patients with disease that is inoperable by performance status or comorbidity, local disease or local disease with minimal extrahepatic disease only; and patients with metastatic disease or extensive liver tumor burden. (HCC-5 and HCC-6)
    • Nivolumab (category 2A) was added as a treatment option for patients with disease progression on or after sorafenib (Child-Pugh Class A or B7 only).

  • Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans, Version 1.2018
  • Merkel Cell Carcinoma, Version 1.2018
  • Squamous Cell Skin Cancer, Version 1.2018
