NCCN Quality Improvement in Breast Cancer: Practicing What We Preach™
On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center will host NCCN Quality Improvement in Breast Cancer: Practicing What We Preach™. This one-day educational activity consists of presentations related to the development and implementation of evidence-based quality improvement initiatives that leverage real practice data from NCCN Member Institutions.
Participating NCCN Member Institutions identified educational opportunities, designed institution-specific action plans for improvement, and evaluated the impact of educations interventions on changes in practice and outcomes as part of a three-year quality improvement project. Participants will learn more about these institutional projects and have an opportunity to participate in question and answer sessions.
This seminar is intended for oncology health care professionals, hospital administrators, quality improvement professionals, and payers. Admission is free for health care professionals.
