The patient information webinar, featuring Gregory A. Otterson, MD, and Tracy A. Ruegg, MS, CNP, AOCN, of The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, was designed to give patients and their caregivers an opportunity to learn about non-small cell lung cancer and its treatment.

Know What Your Doctors Know: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer is based on the step-by-step treatment algorithms outlined in the NCCN Guidelines for Patients®: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and helps patients and their caregivers understand how to find and discuss the latest treatment options with their care team, as well as how to make informed treatment decisions. The webinar includes an introduction to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®), an overview of NSCLC, and a review of the NCCN Guidelines for Patients®: NSCLC. Viewers can also request free printed copies of the NCCN Guidelines for Patients®: NSCLC.
