  • 12-Month Follow-up Therapy and Beyond (CML-4)
    • Response equivalents in terms of BCR-ABL1 transcripts measured by QPCR (IS) were added.
      • Complete cytogenetic response changed to "Complete cytogenetic response or BCR-ABL1 transcripts ≤1% but >0.1% by QPCR (IS)”
      • PCyR changed to “PCyR or BCR-ABL1 transcripts ≤10% but >1% by QPCR (IS)"
      • Minor or no cytogenetic response changed to "Less than PCyR or BCR-ABL1 transcripts >10% by QPCR (IS)"
    • The following recommendation was added for patients who do not achieve CCyR at 3 months after switching therapy at 12 months: "Repeat bone marrow evaluation at 3 months to document CCyR, if
  • Allogeneic HCT (CML-8)
    • Monitoring with QPCR (IS) after CCyR following allogenic HCT was modified: Monitor with QPCR (peripheral blood) every 3 months for 2 years, and every 3-6 months thereafter.
  • Monitoring Response to TKI Therapy and Mutational Analysis (CML-A)
    • Monitoring with QPCR (IS) after CCyR was modified: After CCyR has been achieved, every 3 months for 32 years and every 3–6 months thereafter.
    • BCR-ABL kinase domain mutation analysis; Chronic phase, sub-bullet 1 modified: Inadequate initial response to TKI therapy (lack of PCyR or BCRABL1 transcripts >10% (IS) at 3 and 6 months or less than a CCyR or BCRABL1 transcripts >1% (IS) at 12 or 18 months).
