NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Guidelines® and NCCN Compendium® Updated for B-Cell Lymphomas

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) and the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®) for B-Cell Lymphomas. These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 4.2020.

  • Follicular Lymphoma and Nodal Marginal Zone Lymphomas (FOLL-7, FOLL-8, NODE-5, NODE-6)
    • Histologic transformation to DLBCL
      • After minimal or no prior chemotherapy, if no response or progressive disease to chemoimmunotherapy, "Tafasitamab + lenalidomide (non-candidates for transplant)" was added as a category 2A recommendation.
      • After multiple lines of prior therapies, "Tafasitamab + lenalidomide (non-candidates for transplant)" was added as a category 2A recommendation.
      • Footnote was added, "It is unclear if tafasitamab will have a negative impact on the efficacy of subsequent anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy."
  • Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (BCEL-C 2 of 4)
    • Second-line and Subsequent Therapy (non-candidates for transplant)
      • Other recommended regimen, "Tafasitamab + lenalidomide" was added as a category 2A recommendation. Footnote was added, "It is unclear if tafasitamab will have a negative impact on the efficacy of subsequent anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy."

  • Soft Tissue Sarcoma, Version 2.2020
