NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Templates Updated for Systemic Mastocytosis and More

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates®) for Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasms with Eosinophilia and Tyrosine Kinase Fusion Genes to reflect the currently published NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) for Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasms with Eosinophilia and Tyrosine Kinase Fusion Genes v1.2022.

  • Emetic Risk has been updated on the following NCCN Template®:
    • MLNE1: Bosutinib
  • Drug information notes for the following agents have been updated in the Supportive Care, Monitoring and Hold Parameters, and/or Safety Parameters and Special Instructions sections:
    • Avapritinib
    • Gilteritinib
    • Imatinib
    • Midostaurin
    • SORAfenib
    • SUNItinib

 

 

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Templates for Systemic Mastocytosis to reflect the currently published NCCN Guidelines® for Systemic Mastocytosis v1.2022.

  • Changes to the Chemotherapy Regimen section have been made on the following template:
    • SM6: PEGinterferon alfa-2a
  • References have been updated on the following templates:
    • SM1: Cladribine
    • SM7: Avapritinib
  • Drug information notes for the following agents have been updated in the Supportive Care, Monitoring and Hold Parameters, and/or Safety Parameters and Special Instructions sections:
    • Imatinib
    • Midostaurin
    • PEGinterferon alfa-2a
