NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Guidelines and NCCN Templates Updated for B-Cell Lymphomas

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) and the NCCN Drugs and Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®) for B-Cell Lymphomas. These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 3.2022.

  • Third-Line and Subsequent Therapy and Third-Line and Subsequent Therapy for Elderly or Infirm
    • Umbralisib was removed as an option based on the voluntary withdrawal of the FDA indication.

MZL-A 2 of 4

  • Second-Line and Subsequent Therapy and Second-Line and Subsequent Therapy for Elderly or Infirm
    • Umbralisib was removed as an option based on the voluntary withdrawal of the FDA indication.

Special Considerations for the Use of Small-Molecule Inhibitors

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates®) for B-cell Lymphomas to reflect the currently published NCCN Guidelines for B-Cell Lymphomas v3.2022

  • The following NCCN template for Follicular Lymphoma has been DELETED:
    • FOL33: Umbralisib
  • The following NCCN template for Gastric MALT Lymphoma has been DELETED:
    • GMALT24: Umbralisib
  • The following NCCN template for Non-gastric MALT Lymphoma has been DELETED:
    • NGMALT23: Umbralisib
  • The following NCCN template for Nodal Marginal Zone Lymphoma has been DELETED:
    • NMZL20: Umbralisib
  • The following NCCN template for Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma has been DELETED:
    • SPLN23: Umbralisib
