• Every 3–6 months for 1–2 years

◦◦ If normal results, then repeat every 6–12 months for 3–5 years

◦◦ If normal results, then repeat every year

Nutritional counseling

Upper GI endoscopy

• If all cancer and Barrett’s esophagus removed, as needed

• If Barrett’s esophagus not fully removed, every 6 months for 1–2

years

Upper GI endoscopy

• If all cancer and Barrett’s esophagus removed, as needed

• If Barrett’s esophagus not fully removed, every 3 months for 1 year

◦◦ If normal results, then repeat every 4–6 months for 1 year

◦◦ If normal results, then repeat every year for 3 years

PET/CT or CT with

contrast of the chest
