Treatment guide

Review

Review

• Treatment options for peripheral T-cell

lymphoma are grouped by subtype.

• In general, first-line treatment begins with

chemotherapy and may be followed by

involved-site radiation therapy. For most

subtypes, joining a clinical trial or having

autologous stem cell transplant is an option if

first-line treatment works.

• If first-line treatment fails or the cancer

returns, there are multiple options for drug

treatments. Some people who aren’t too sick

may undergo a stem cell transplant after drug

treatment.
