Welcome to NCCN.org!

 

Below are some helpful tips for using the website.

If you are already have an account, you do not need to register again. You simply need to log in to the site. Your log-in credentials will remain the same. You can access the log-in at the top right corner of the homepage or at nccn.org/login.

Registered users can save their frequently-visited pages for easy reference!

  • Make sure you are logged in. You will see a My Pages area on the homepage and in the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • To save a page to your My Pages area, navigate to the page you would like to save. Click the star in the upper right corner. It will appear yellow.
  • Refresh the page and the title of the page you selected should now be appearing in your My Pages area.
  • To remove a page, navigate back to it and de-select the star in the upper right corner. It will no longer appear yellow.
  • Refresh the page and it will be removed from your My Pages area.

General Login/Account Issues

Why is a valid e-mail address required to create an account?

A valid e-mail address is required for to create a free account so NCCN can verify your account information and each user can customize their experience on NCCN.org. Users who choose "Remember Me" can have the opportunity to bypass the login process each time they come to NCCN.org.

What if I forget my password?

You can request a new password from the login or profile page. Follow the Forgot your Password? link and enter your e-mail address to reset your password. An e-mail will be sent to your mailbox with instructions on how to reset your password.

What will you do with my address information?

From time to time, NCCN will contact their users for updates and important information. Users will be able to modify their preferences through their profile page.

If I've previously created an NCCN account, do I have to register again?

No, the system is set up to recognize returning users; however, you will need to answer some additional questions and confirm that your contact information is complete and up to date.

When I attempt to log on NCCN.org, I receive the following error: "We do not have a match for that e-mail address/password combination in our system."

This error occurs when the incorrect password is entered. Please ensure that you have the correct username entered and attempt to retype the password. If you are still having issues, we recommend that you try using the Forgot your Password? option to reset it.

After logging in, I am logged out when I visit the guidelines page.

If you logged on NCCN.org and were prompted with your profile update page (name, address, email, title, etc); simply verify that the information is correct and click Update Profile. Otherwise, this issue may be a cookies issue specific to the web browser. Please attempt to remove the cookies in the browser and login in again. If you are still having an issue, please contact User Support.


Billing/Subscription Issues

What is the cost of an NCCN subscription?

Per user costs can be found on the Store page. Discounts are available for multiple users.

What is the discount for multiple users?

Per user discounts are available for groups over 3 users.

How do I know when to reorder my subscription?

On each user’s profile page, an account summary will appear identifying the days remaining in your subscription service. Account holders will also receive subscription reminder e-mails within 30 days of the subscription expiration date with instructions on how to renew the subscription for another year.

How can I contact customer service about my subscription?

All subscription-related inquiries can be processed through User Support or 215.690.0290.

Can I save a subscription in case I want to return to the website later?

Yes. NCCN uses a shopping basket-style system to help you keep track of your order(s). You can come back to the website later to review your subscriptions and transactions.

Will I be able to access the Compendium and Templates from my home computer?

Yes, you will be able to access the NCCN Compendium and the NCCN Templates from any computer with a working internet connection using your login information (email address and password).

What is the difference between the NCCN Templates® and the NCCN Templates® with a Site License?

NCCN Templates is a subscription purchased on an annual basis that includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive care agents, monitoring parameters, and safety instructions to improve the safe use of drugs and biologics in cancer care. In addition to the subscription, NCCN offers a site license for permission to use and/or integrate NCCN Templates content in on-site Health Information Technology. A subscription to the NCCN Templates is required to purchase a site license. A site license may be purchased at any time.

When I enter my credit card information, how do I know that your site is secure?

The website uses a SSL digital certificate for encryption of secured pages. This can be verified by the icon that looks like a lock on the browser that you are using and the URL will have ‘https’ at the beginning instead of just 'http'.


Third-Party Provider Issues

Why am I redirected to United Healthcare when I log on?

If you are being redirected to United Healthcare, your NCCN Compendium subscription has expired and needs to be updated. If you do not wish to use the NCCN Compendium and would like the tag removed from your account, please contact User Support. To update your subscription please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit www.unitedhealthcareonline.com
  2. Under 'Related Links', click on NCCN Compendium Web site (free for UnitedHealthcare Online registered users)
  3. Enter your United Healthcare User ID and password.
  4. You will then be redirected to NCCN.org. If you are prompted to login, do so.
  5. Your NCCN Compendium subscription should be updated to an additional year from today's date.

Why am I redirected to the USOncology workspace when I log on?

If you are being redirected to USOncology, your NCCN Compendium subscription has expired and needs to be updated. If you do not wish to use the NCCN Compendium and would like the tag removed from your account, please contact User Support. To update your subscription after you are redirected, there is an NCCN link on the USOncology website. After choosing this link, you will be redirected to NCCN.org with an updated subscription.
