NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Guidelines

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®). These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 3.2021.

Updates to Version 3.2021 of the NCCN Guidelines for Pediatric Aggressive Mature B-Cell Lymphomas from Version 2.2021 include:

  • Preferred Treatment Regimens for Group C
    • COG ANHL1131 (Regimen C1/Pre-phase COP)
      • Erratum: Removed Leucovorin 15 mg/m² every 12 hours for two doses on day 2 and again on day 4
