NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Templates Updated for Testicular Cancers

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates^®) for Testicular Cancer to reflect the currently published NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines^®) for Testicular Cancer v.2.2022

• Changes to the Reference section have been made on the following templates:
  • TES14: Pembrolizumab
• Changes to the Chemotherapy Regimen section have been made on the following templates:
  • TES3: TIP (PACLitaxel/Ifosfamide/CISplatin) 
  • TES6: VelP (VinBLAStine/Ifosfamide/Mesna/CISplatin)
• Drug information notes for the following agents have been updated in the Supportive Care, Monitoring and Hold Parameters, and/or Safety Parameters and Special Instructions sections:
  • Gemcitabine
  • Pembrolizumab
  • VinBLAStine
