NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Guidelines and NCCN Templates Updated for Vulvar Cancer
NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®), the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®) for Vulvar Cancer. These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 4.2024.

- Advanced or Recurrent/Metastatic Disease
- Second-line or Subsequent Therapy; Useful in Certain Circumstances (Biomarker directed therapy); The following revisions made:
- The listing for pembrolizumab was revised by biomarker type.
- HER2-positive tumors (IHC 3+ or 2+): Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki was added as an option.
- Second-line or Subsequent Therapy; Useful in Certain Circumstances (Biomarker directed therapy); The following revisions made:
