NCCN Flash Updates: NCCN Guidelines and NCCN Templates Updated for Vulvar Cancer

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®), the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®) for Vulvar Cancer. These NCCN Guidelines® are currently available as Version 4.2024.

VULVA-E 1 of 2 Systemic Therapy

  • Advanced or Recurrent/Metastatic Disease
    • Second-line or Subsequent Therapy; Useful in Certain Circumstances (Biomarker directed therapy); The following revisions made:
      • The listing for pembrolizumab was revised by biomarker type.
      • HER2-positive tumors (IHC 3+ or 2+): Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki was added as an option.

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates®) for Vulvar Cancer to reflect the currently published NCCN Guidelines for Vulvar Cancer v4.2024

  • The following NEW NCCN Template® has been published: 
    • VUL23: Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki
