What is the cost of an NCCN Guidelines in PracticeTM subscription?

How do I know when to reorder my subscription?
On each user’s profile page, an account summary will appear identifying the days remaining in your subscription service. Account holders will also receive subscription reminder e-mails within 30 days of the subscription expiration date with instructions on how to renew the subscription for another year.
How can I contact customer service about my subscription?
All subscription-related inquiries can be processed through User Support or 215.690.0290.
When I enter my credit card information, how do I know that your site is secure?
The website uses an SSL digital certificate for encryption of secured pages. This can be verified by the icon that looks like a lock on the browser that you are using and the URL will have ‘https’ at the beginning instead of just ‘http’.
Where can I access the NCCN Guidelines?
In order to track your guideline usage for credit, you will need to access the NCCN Guidelines on the NCCN website (NCCN.org) or via the NCCN Virtual Library of NCCN Guidelines® Mobile App. Opening locally saved NCCN Guidelines files cannot be tracked for credit redemption.
Can I earn CME/CE/MOC credit for accessing any of the NCCN Guidelines?
You can earn credit for accessing the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®), including NCCN Guidelines with NCCN Evidence Blocks™, International Adaptations of the NCCN Guidelines, International Translations of the NCCN Guidelines, NCCN Framework for Resource Stratification of NCCN Guidelines (NCCN Framework™), NCCN Harmonized Guidelines™, and NCCN Guidelines Navigator™. Please note that CME/CE/MOC credit is not available for accessing the NCCN Guidelines for Patients.
How do I choose the type of CME/CE credit I will receive?
In your NCCN account, verify that your User Type matches the type of CME/CE credit you want to claim:
What information do I need to provide to have my CME credits automatically submitted to my state medical board?
Automatic submission of CME credit to state medical boards is only available to licensed physicians. In order for NCCN to submit your credits directly to your state medical board, you will need to provide the following information within your NCCN account:
What information do I need to provide to have my MOC credits automatically submitted to my certifying board(s)?
Automatic submission of maintenance of certification (MOC) is only available to board-certified specialists and subspecialists. In your NCCN account, select your Learner Type, enter your Learner Type ID/Board ID, and provide your Date of Birth (MMDD format) for the following certifying boards that participate in direct credit reporting:
